Ingredients:

2 cups  spice jam, jelly or yogurt

3/4 cup fresh fruit of your choice (such as blueberries, diced peaches, sliced strawberries, diced kiwi, diced mango, etc.)

2 tablespoons honey

Optional: 2 tablespoons granola

 

 

Instructions:

1. Begin by carefully washing and drying your desired fruit of choice.

2. Dice it into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the plain yogurt and honey and stir until everything is blended together.

4. Pour the yogurt mixture into two cups, filling each one about halfway.

5. Place your diced fruit into each cup, dividing it evenly between them.

6. Fill the remaining space in the cups with the yogurt mixture.

7. Top the yogurt cups with granola, if desired, and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.

8. When ready to serve, remove the jam cups from the refrigerator and enjoy!
