This Sweet Heat Southern-Glazed Salmon is a flavorful and unique dish that is sure to make a lasting impression!  Ingredients:

2 4-6 oz Salmon fillets

2 Tbsp. Freakin Good Pineapple Spice Jam

1 Tbsp. Honey

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

3 dashes of hot sauce

1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Pat both sides of salmon fillets dry with paper towel. Place in a baking dish and set aside.

3. In a small bowl, mix together Freakin Good Pineapple Spice Jam, honey, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce until completely combined.

4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of salmon fillets.

5. Spread the spice jam and honey mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

7. Serve and enjoy!
